HSR Property Services, LLC has a long-standing history of excellence in property management.
Our roots date back to 1987, when our President led Diversified Realty Group, LLC. Following an employee acquisition, HSR Property Services, LLC, was established on June 1, 2001,
continuing a tradition of professional, client-focused management.
We currently manage over 5,000 residential units throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding counties. Our diverse portfolio includes condominium associations, townhome
communities, single-family homeowner associations, senior housing and housing cooperatives.
Our experienced leadership team includes a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). We are
committed to professional development and encourage our management team to pursue continuing education through respected organizations, including IREM, the Community
Associations Institute (CAI), ACTHA, MAHC, and NAHC.
HSR Property Services, LLC is proud to hold the prestigious Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) designation from IREM—an honor awarded to a select group of
property management firms nationwide in recognition of the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and operational excellence.
